Don't see the negative reviews for this hotel. I stayed here with my family recently for 2 days and had a very good experience for a affordable price Rooms are neat and tidy and hotel has very cordial staff. Location of the hotel is also very convenient

I visited this on Jan 2019.. Its a 6 story building (other 3 floors will not visible)... Its a medium budget hotel for all class of people with family. Rooms are very neat and clean and more than enough blankets. Available with TV, more than enough cupboards and enough charging points in all the rooms. u can find small rooms for singles and they have different size rooms upto large enough dormitories to have 20+ personal within one room alongwith enough beds and other facilities in one room.. That's great. But I felt the Bathroom fittings and Heaters are very old, u have to wait upto 30Min for another bath because of the less wattage powered water heaters. No intercoms, No kettles for heat the water urself. u have to go to the reception for hot water or use the oldest calling bell. I didn't checked the calling bells inside the room whether its working and anybody will come to serve. No parking space, But u can park outside without problems. But after all, Kodaikanal city is not large tourist city enough to visit more than couple of days. So mostly u will stay there for one night and morning u will check out in the morning. Its not 5star hotel u have to pay much for all the facilities I mentioned above. But its medium budget/ low medium so u will adjust bcoz u pay only less money. But if u want more than that u can find a next building adjustant to Saliah and OWNED BY SALIAH, its newly built next UPPER CLASS of this hotel.

Rooms were big enough for 6 people at an affordable rate of 2200 (2021). Hotel is also located at a good location from kodaikanal centre (1km). Geysers are available because of the cold. The hotel staff were compliant & hospitable. Enjoyed my stay there. ✌🏻
